Marketing Systems, Built to Order

Marketing that holds weight.

Framework builds the marketing systems service businesses grow on. Assessment, architecture, acceleration. In that order.

Structural, not decorative.

The problem

Most marketing is bought in pieces.

A website from one company. Social posts from another. Ads from a third. Each piece looks fine on its own, but nobody is checking whether they work together, or whether any of it is bringing in customers.

I put the pieces in order, starting with the ones everything else stands on.

Same pieces. Different order.

From real businesses

What I usually find.

None of these businesses were failing. The work was good and the customers were happy. Money was just slipping out in places nobody was looking.

Found

692

past customers on a list. Not one email ever sent to them.

Found

"My Site"

is what Google showed as the business name. For years.

Found

0

calls traced back to the website. People were calling. Nothing was counting.

Names left out. Numbers left in.

How it works

Three steps. In that order.

  1. 1

    Look

    Assessment & Alignment

Two weeks finding out what is working, what is not, and where money is slipping away. You get it all in writing.

  2. 2

    Build

    Architecture & Tracking

Fix the parts everything else stands on: the website, the follow-up, and a simple way to see what is bringing in customers.

  3. 3

    Grow

    Acceleration & Scale

Then spend more, on something that can finally show you what the money is doing.

Skipping ahead is how marketing gets expensive.

Recent work

Built for people I can name.

Roofing · Minnesota

Foundry Exteriors

Started as a two-week look at their marketing. Now I am helping build their new roofing business from the ground up, including a tool that shows homeowners new shingles on a model of their own house.

The Terminator Clip

692 past customers who had never heard from them, and a website nobody could measure. Same owner as Foundry. The two-week look came first.

Personal injury law · St. Louis Park, MN

Heuer Fischer

A new website, then ongoing care after launch.

Landscape · Twin Cities, MN

Aspen Landscape

A new website, emails back to past clients, and steady work together since.

Great listener, sharp mind, very capable.

Who you would work with

Hi, I'm David.

I went into agency work young and got good at the whole stack fast. Along the way I kept seeing the same problem: businesses that win on trust, like a landscaper, a law firm, or a roofer, were being sold disconnected pieces with nothing tying them together.

Framework is the fix. The name is the whole idea: marketing should be a structure that holds weight, not a pile of one-off projects. I am building it to grow, to hire, and to last.

One price. On the page.

You should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what something costs. Every project starts with the same two-week look at your marketing.
